To complete a return of resellable products please send us an email at CustomerService@cleancutgraphics.com to get a RMA # . If we made the mistake we will make the issue right in any case. IF you ordered the wrong items you have 15 days from the date of sale to request an RMA # via EMAIL. After 15 calendar days from that date of sale we do not accept returns for any reason.
Products must be in original form, no seals broken and able to be stocked as “new” products. If the products do not meet these requirements no refund will be issued and you would then need to pay return shipping for us to send them to you, again. Refunds will NEVER include any costs associated with shipping of the products. Any and all refunds/returns/exchanges are subject to a $3 restock/cancellation fee.
If your order is marked “DELIVERED” in the USPS tracking website, we cannot issue a refund or send you a replacement order. The USPS will not give credit to any claims once it is marked delivered on their site. You should contact your local post office and deal directly with them. We try in every way to help but in cases like this we cannot accept responsibility.
An example for illustration only… customer A orders a roll of siser htv and wants to return it because their customer cancelled on them. Customer A emails Sales@cleancutgraphics.com requesting a RMA# to start the return. Customer A then packages the roll, protecting it from regular shipping hazards and ships at Customers expense back to Clean Cut Graphics. CCG receives the roll and inspects to make sure it is resellable (plastic not broken.) If our determination is that it is resellable we will issue a store credit for the cost of the Siser roll minus the $3 restock/cancellation fee.
ALL orders returned or cancelled on the customers end (if you change your mind and issue is not a CCG mix up) will be charged a $3 restock/cancellation fee.
The $3 restock/cancellation fee will be charged even if CCG has not completed your order. Once an order is entered into the system (you pay for your order) it is then eligible for the $3 restock/cancellation fee if it is cancelled or changed in any way. We do not do “add ons” to already placed orders.
All restocking fees are based off entire order amount excluding shipping charges.
We guarantee our products to be 100% guaranteed free of manufacture defects. We will handle these instances should they arise on a case by case basis.
NO Refunds will be given for the following products:
Oracal 651, 631 – any size sheets or rolls
Metalized Vinyl sheets any size
We cannot add to or change orders once they are placed. If a change is needed we can cancel the order if it has not printed a shipping label and you would need to place a new order with the correct merchandise.
