All Online Orders are processed at our facility during our regular business hours, Monday thru Friday from 10 am - 6 pm Eastern. All online orders (excluding Local Pickup) are shipped through the United States Postal Service and are picked up from our facility Monday - Friday. Any orders placed after 2 pm Eastern on a Friday will leave our facility the following weekday. Federal holidays may also impact shipping & processing times. Generally, however, most online orders placed for in-stock items on a weekday will leave our facility less than 24 hours after the order is placed. Any orders with Custom-Length Vinyl Rolls, Pattern Vinyl, or any out-of-stock items may require additional processing time.

An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. Generally, most local pickup orders placed for in-stock items are ready less than 24 hours after the order is placed. Any orders with Custom-Length Vinyl Rolls, Pattern Vinyl, or any out-of-stock items may require additional processing time.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders for in-stock items are shipped Monday - Friday via USPS and a flat rate shipping fee of $8.99 applies to orders shipping anywhere in the United States.
PRIORITY MAIL
Orders for in-stock items are shipped Monday thru Friday via USPS with fees calculated at checkout for orders shipping anywhere in the United States. Remember that although Priority Mail ships within 1-3 days, this does not account for processing times at our facility. Any orders placed after 2 pm Eastern on a Friday will leave our facility the following weekday. Any orders with Custom-Length Vinyl Rolls, Pattern Vinyl, or any out-of-stock items may require additional processing time.
FREE SHIPPING
Free shipping is available on orders over $125. Free shipping will include any shipping charges up to $20.00. If an order qualifies for Free Shipping and the actual charges are more than $20, an invoice will be emailed for the remainder of any actual shipping charges over $20.
