Thanks for shopping at Clean Cut Graphics! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to return an item.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • in the original packaging.
  • accompanied with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges

You have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to return an item.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • in the original packaging.
  • accompanied with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

If an item is returned, we will inspect it according to the eligibility criteria listed above. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund in store credit only.


This credit will be good for 6 months.


All Clearance and or discontinued items are sold “as is” and are not returnable under any circumstances.

Exchanges are not offered and will be treated as a return and a separate purchase to keep shipping charges correct.  

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.


If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund in store credit.


You will receive the credit within 10 business days.

Shipping

Customers will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning an item, and these shipping costs are non refundable. If an item is accepted for return any and all shipping costs or savings associated with that item are non refundable.
