Refund policy

Thanks for shopping at Clean Cut Graphics! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Online Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • unused and in the same condition that we shipped it to you
  • in the original packaging
  • accompanied with a receipt or proof of purchase

Ineligible Items

Exchanges

Exchanges are not offered and will be treated as a return and a separate purchase.  

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.


If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund in the form of store credit. If a monetary refund is desired,15% will be subtracted from the refund amount.


You will receive the credit within 10 business days.

Shipping

Customers will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning an item, and these shipping costs are non-refundable. If an item is accepted for return any and all shipping costs or savings associated with that item are non-refundable.
