Longtime customers of Clean Cut Graphics know that we have an incredible selection of pattern vinyl. With over 500+ designs to choose from, the creative possibilities are endless! Clean Cut Graphics recently introduced their Glitter Pattern HTV; the same designs our customers have fallen in love with are now with glittery sparkles that will turn heads like never before!

- 1 Squeegee

Cutting & Weeding Glitter Pattern HTV

Unlike most HTV, our Pattern HTV is cut differently than you would expect. In fact, the application process is more similar to Oracal 651 adhesive vinyl. You see, because we print our patterns in-house, they do not come with carrier sheets, so that's why we recommend purchasing a TTD Hight Tack Mask to go with them. As a result, you're going to cut the pattern face-up and you do not have to mirror your letters like you would for Siser EasyWeed. If you are cutting an intricate design, we would recommend using a squeegee to make sure the pattern sticks properly to the TTD Hight Tack-Mask. You will then remove the backing sheet (white shiny side) before pressing it onto your shirt.

Heating Glitter Pattern HTV

Glitter HTV Patterns are considered a specialty vinyl, so we would strongly recommend using a heat press as opposed to a home iron when using this type of vinyl. Heat Settings for our Glitter Pattern HTV are 305° F (151.6° C) for 15 seconds. It is a hot peel vinyl, which means you are going to want to peel off the TTD High Tack Mask almost immediately after you press. Make sure you save your TTD Hight Tack Mask after you peel, because it is indeed reusable.
